The Brasserie Lok brings a piece of Paris to St. Gallen. 100 years ago, trains loaded with fine fabrics traveled directly from St. Gallen to Paris. They returned with the French way of life in their luggage. In the Brasserie Lok, this connection to France is revived and honored with traditional French brasserie cuisine – in the middle of the historic industrial building and surrounded by art and culture.
