ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITIES
- complete the online registration form under “Get the label“
- return the signed agreement
INITIAL CONTROL
- check control manual
- by appointment (approx. 45 min.)
- visit to the kitchen, commissary and cold room
- draft card ready for appointment if possible
AWARDING THE LABEL
Once all the criteria have been met:
- receive the countersigned agreement, stickers and invoice (CHF 350.-)
- referenced on our website and networks
- unannounced control within 2 years
