Membership application
- Consult the specifications and the procedure
- Fill out the online registration form
ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITIES
- Sign and return the agreement
- Prepare your menu and the declaration
- Initial inspection by appointment
Label attribution
- Listing on our website, social media, sticker for the establishment
- Annual fee of CHF 350.-
- Unscheduled inspection approximately every 1.5 years

Distinction between traditional and collective restaurants
Traditional restaurants
- All information on raw products and products traditionally used in cooking can be found in the specifications.
- List concerning products tolerated or not by the Label Fait Maison “homemade”.
- Download directly the documents for the labeling of a restaurant/food truck/catering service etc. The annual fee is CHF 350.-, including control, and will be invoiced pro rata for the first year.
Contract catering (open to the public or not)
- All the information on raw products and products traditionally used in collective catering is available in the specifications.
- List concerning products that may or may not qualify for the Label Fait Maison “homemade”.
- Download directly the documents for labeling a collective kitchen.
- The annual fee is CHF 560.-, including inspection and delivery addresses, and will be invoiced pro rata for the first year.
