ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITIES

  • Sign and return the agreement
  • Prepare your menu and the declaration
  • Initial inspection by appointment

Label attribution

  • Listing on our website, social media, sticker for the establishment
  • Annual fee of CHF 350.-
  • Unscheduled inspection approximately every 1.5 years

Distinction between traditional and collective restaurants

Traditional restaurants

  • All information on raw products and products traditionally used in cooking can be found in the specifications.
  • List concerning products tolerated or not by the Label Fait Maison “homemade”.
  • Download directly the documents for the labeling of a restaurant/food truck/catering service etc. The annual fee is CHF 350.-, including control, and will be invoiced pro rata for the first year.

Contract catering (open to the public or not)

  • All the information on raw products and products traditionally used in collective catering is available in the specifications.
  • List concerning products that may or may not qualify for the Label Fait Maison “homemade”.
  • Download directly the documents for labeling a collective kitchen.
  • The annual fee is CHF 560.-, including inspection and delivery addresses, and will be invoiced pro rata for the first year.
