The only one of its kind, the restaurant is run by the Swiss Fruit and Distilling Museum Foundation and is sourced exclusively from over 300 regional and Swiss producers. Located at the heart of the Ô Vergers d’Ajoie agritourism site, it invites you to enjoy a gourmet experience rooted in the land, between orchards, local know-how and exceptional landscapes.
