The Brauwerk restaurant is the creative brewery of the Schützengarten brewery with modern brewery cuisine and beer specialties. The heart of the Brauwerk restaurant is the classic brewhouse on the first floor with a brewing capacity of 500 liters.
The Pärkli, with a capacity of just under 80 seats, has become both an oasis and a meeting place.
