Chef Stéphane Décotterd had long dreamed of opening, in addition to his gastronomic restaurant, a bistro inspired by the great brasseries. Here, he prepares his dishes with the same precision and rigor in his choice of products, but in a more family-oriented spirit. The Fait Maison label was an obvious choice. Alongside many Swiss chefs, he is proud to defend a certain idea of the restaurant trade.
