- 300 g Agria potatoes
- 100 g Gruyère AOP
- 50 g egg
- 50 g flour
- Salt, pepper
- Salad sprouts
- Tomato sauce
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes with skin in boiling water. Then peel and grate the potatoes.
- In a pan, sauté the potatoes in a little oil and butter.
- Then mix the roesti, eggs, seasoning.
- Form a ball and add a square of Gruyère inside.
- Roll them in flour.
- Fry for 5 minutes at 180°C in a fryer.

Decoration: salad sprouts, a dollop of tomato sauce
