Alessandro Pesce
Journalist for the Independent Association of Swiss Journalists (CH-Media), he has been Head of Press & PR at GastroTicino since 2005. Author of numerous books and publications, he also serves as Editor-in-Chief of Réservé Magazine, focusing on wine, gastronomy, tourism, and lifestyle. He has collaborated with various radio stations and organized events such as "Bellinzona City of Taste" and "Locarno City of Taste"; he organizes events such as the Ticino Risotto Championship and numerous gastronomic festivals (Risotto, Cazzoeula, Pioradoro, etc.). He is responsible for Ticino a Tavola. As the Ticino Ambassador of the Club Prosper Montagné, he is a member of the Sommelier ASSP, Maître AMIRA, Confrérie du Sabre d'Or, and Confraternita dei cavalieri del buon pane.
