SQUASH IN ALL ITS FORMS

During la Semaine du Goût from September 12 to 22, participating restaurants will offer a signature dish, 100% homemade, featuring Swiss squash, either as a starter, main course, or dessert. Some will pair it with Swiss grains, which is the theme of Taste Week 2024. This discovery week is organized in collaboration with Culturefood, a prime supplier for the restaurant industry.
