Distinction between traditional and collective restaurants
Traditional restaurants
- All information on raw products and products traditionally used in cooking can be found in the specifications.
- FAQ concerning products tolerated or not by the Label Fait Maison.
- Download directly the documents for the labeling of a restaurant/food truck/catering service etc. The annual fee is CHF 350.-, including control, and will be invoiced pro rata for the first year.
Contract catering (open to the public or not)
- All the information on raw products and products traditionally used in collective catering is available in the specifications.
- FAQ concerning products that may or may not qualify for the Fait Maison label.
- Download directly the documents for labeling a collective kitchen.
- The annual fee is CHF 500.-, including inspection and delivery addresses, and will be invoiced pro rata for the first year.
