Restaurant le Trait d’Union (orif)

Orif Sion has taken on the challenge of placing specialized vocational training at the heart of the symbol of Valais culture, the Médiathèque Valais Sion.

Open since October 2014, the Trait d’Union enables 12 young people to gain hands-on training every day by serving real customers and thus meeting the actual demands of the business world.

To this end, they are mentored by instructors and professionals in the kitchen and front-of-house service.

Whether it’s daily specials, seasonal offerings, or classic dishes, their teams and apprentices look forward to welcoming you to a magnificent setting with an exceptional atmosphere, where the quality they strive to demonstrate in their training ultimately finds its way onto your plates.
