Carine Rouge

Guardian and representative of the label "Fait Maison", Carine was there at the start in 2017 and has taken this label to all the cantons of Romandie and now also to German-speaking Switzerland. With passion and relentless dedication, she is the incarnation of Fait Maison.

Manuela Lavanchy

She joined the Label Fait Maison in January 2022, but has long been a passionate advocate of home made food. A native speaker of Swiss German, she mainly coordinates projects across the Sarine, manages communications, works with the team to shape the future of the label and assists the Director in managing the association and the Label Fait Maison.

Stéphanie Roulier-Morandi

Stéphanie joined the team at the beginning of 2024, bringing with her experience of the tourism world, as well as a strong interest in communications. She is determined to support her colleagues in the expansion of the Label in German-speaking Switzerland. She has a particular affection for food, especially homemade vegetarian fare, and reflects her commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

Cloé Bouchardy

Cloé joined the Label in June 2024, bringing with her a passion for homemade creations. She loves preparing homecooked, something that is particularly close to her heart. Thanks to her language skills, she easily connects with everyone and provides valuable administrative support. Sporty, passionate about surfing, and an amateur singer in her free time, Cloé brings the energy and drive that define the Label Fait Maison team.

Bettina Tschuor

Bettina has been part of the Fait Maison Label team since November 2025. After experience in the gastronomy sector in Zurich and Graubünden, she now brings her passion to the association as Key Account and Project Manager, with the goal of promoting and giving visibility to culinary craftsmanship. In her free time, she enjoys cooking herself: from traditional Grisons dishes to modern Ottolenghi-style cuisine, as long as it’s fresh, seasonal, and prepared with joy. Through her work with Fait Maison, she contributes to a resilient food system, supporting transparency, quality, and sustainability in Swiss gastronomy.
