Bettina Tschuor
Bettina has been part of the Fait Maison Label team since November 2025. After experience in the gastronomy sector in Zurich and Graubünden, she now brings her passion to the association as Key Account and Project Manager, with the goal of promoting and giving visibility to culinary craftsmanship.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking herself: from traditional Grisons dishes to modern Ottolenghi-style cuisine, as long as it’s fresh, seasonal, and prepared with joy.
Through her work with Fait Maison, she contributes to a resilient food system, supporting transparency, quality, and sustainability in Swiss gastronomy.
